How to register for the Zombie Chase!
You will need to complete the following forms and mail them to the Zombie Chase headquarters.
1- Race Entry Form 2- Waiver/Consent Form The registration entry must be mailed and post-marked before Saturday, May 245th. Any entry forms post-marked AFTER May 25th will only be accepted if received prior to the race. Any forms not received by race day will not be honored and the runners will be expected to pay the On Site Registration fee the day of the race. All checks and money orders should be made out to "PHS Band Program." |
